Since you had Medicaid for the whole year, you won't and shouldn't get a 1095-A form. You don't have enter form 1095-B. Keep it for your records.
- Medicaid counts as health insurance for the Affordable Care Act. In the TurboTax Healthcare section, just answer that you had health insurance all year.
