Thank you, I appreciate the help. I'm sorry if I'm a little dense, there's just nothing on this treasury document online that says box 1, nor does it come in the format of a typical 1099 or 1099-INT. So, I think I am assuming correctly, just report what they say for box 3 in box 3 and do not write anything in box 1 for turbotax.
