I cannot explain why your dividend income did not transfer to your Pennsylvania state return. If it was transferred, then you would have the opportunity to edit the information in the state return, but you cannot add it there.
Here are a couple of things to try. Go back to the dividends section of your Federal return and try deleting that entry and re-entering it. Then go to your state return and step through it again from the beginning. When something changes on the Federal side, the data should update on the state side as well.
If that does not work, you can try deleting the state return and starting it again from scratch. That should also initiate a re-transfer of the data that was entered on your Federal return.
