This is the desktop version of TurboTax, and it will function differently

- There are two modes to this software and they do appear in the top right hand corner.
- Step by Step - These are input screens
- Forms - This will show forms as they will appear in your tax return.
- Click the ICON to toggle between them.
- It sounds like you want to go back to the Step by Step mode.
- In Step by Step, Under FEDERAL
- Select Wages & Income
- Click [I'll Choose what I work on]
- In the drop-down choose Wages & Salaries [Update]
- This will list the W-2's you've posted.
- At the bottom of the page [Add a new W-2]
- Follow the interview.
