Thanks, the problem was in fact that Turbo Tax online edition does not include the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Tax Worksheet in the downloadable PDF. I do not see the option to "include all worksheets." So I completed the worksheet myself and the amount correlated to the value in line 16.
