I get a blank screen and am unable to enter any details for:
- property taxes
- car registration fees
- tax filling expenses
This is as far as I've gotten so I don't know yet if the scope of the problem extends elsewhere. I have the 2024 TurboTax Deluxe download edition. For someone that has used TurboTax for many years, this is extremely frustrating. Given that it is now 2/15/2025, this should have been fixed long ago. Someone posted an earlier reply with a work around using Windows 11, which my computer doesn't support. I have Windows 10 Home with a 64-bit operating system. Windows 10 by the way is on the compatibility list for the 2024 TurboTax software.
The link for TurboTax Customer Service provided earlier by "xmasbaby0" (on page 1) does not work. Does anyone have a customer support phone number that works?
