wow - was just doing TTax and stumbled across this weirdness..... so came here and did a search.
Happen to sell stocks - so really bumped up AGI for 2024 - too bad there is no message, text, or indication of the Illinois limit vs Illinois exemptions on their state return in TTax.
Also have an issue with the Property Tax on line 4g vs line 5 not getting carried over -
maybe same limitation....
