I have been using Intuit for almost 20years. I have never had this problem before.
When I login to Intuit I am automatically taken to online tax forms. And once inside I can't go anywhere else but be in online tax forms. I don't want online taxf orms, I don't use online tax forms , and never have.
How do I get to the dashboard where I can see all my different orders? And is there a place I can chat with intuit or do I have to phone the number (where the only seem to work 9-5 Mon, Fri when most people aren't doing their taxes). How do I login to intuit without going directly to online taxforms?
