Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Update to my earlier post:
I tried to go back several steps and re-enter info. It still got hung up at the same point (entering Personal Property taxes for vehicles.). I then uninstalled and reinstalled Turbo Tax and started completely from scratch with new entries. It STILL got hung up at the same spot: ” Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag. We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct.”
I have been using TurboTax since 1999 and never have had a problem like this. (In the past I always used TT on CDs, but it wasn't available on a CD starting in 2024.)
Can Intuit PLEASE fix this problem? So many users are reporting the same error message.
