This should not be this difficult, and I for one am not going to spend more of my time on what is clearly a turbotax problem. It has been weeks since I filed and I know CT is accepting tax filings. Can you please tell me how to cancel my CT filing and get a refund?
I've used your service for years, but doubt that I will do so in the future.
