I am unable to launch/install 2024 TurboTax after downloading the program. The message is always can't connect to the internet, when my internet is fine.
I just bought 2024 TT Home and Business for my Windows 11 PC at the intuit website. When given the option to download, all went ok, but when I tried to launch it, it requested that I log in again. After doing this I get a message "Unable to sign you into the TurboTax Cloud. Please check your sign-in info and try again." I can sign in fine to my Intuit account. All my other URLs work fine. I called the support line and they couldn't fix it. I have no VPN, I turned my firewall off, cleared caches, uninstalled my Pop Up blocker, but nothing worked. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
