Your workaround should work perfectly. You may need to abbreviate the payer name to fit the EIN, so it will be viewable - you can have numbers entered in the payer name field. Did you receive any error messages?
It may be the case that the EIN information is included with the electronic submission to the state, but it doesn't show on the printed form?? We can and will pass this along; thank you!
