I am living in another country and cannot call you. I still haven't been able to resolve my issue and am experiencing the same problem. I applied for my 2023 tax return and now want to add my missing W-2 form. To do this, I downloaded TurboTax Desktop 2023 and tried to edit my file through the "Your Tax Returns & Documents" section by selecting the 2023 tax year. However, when I open the downloaded file to make edits, the application crashes.(I deleted and reinstalled the app)
Could this issue be because I filed my 2023 tax return for free? Also, when I try to purchase the 2023 version to complete this process, my payment is not approved. I have tried all my active bank and credit cards, but I keep facing issues.
