I have a similar issue for 2024. I took a one time hardship withdrawal from my 401k for medical bills. I entered the information on the 1099-R into TurboTax. I wasn't sure what to select when it asked the method so I selected General Rule. My NJ return is now prompting me with Pensions, Annuities and IRAs Wks - SP: Part D, Line 2 must be entered. It was also looing for Line 1 to be entered as well. I am not sure what to put here. I followed the steps provided here and still get the same error. Should I have selected something other than General Rule?
