I would recommend the international address because of the non-permanent nature of your current accommodations, and the address on your return. If the IRS need to reach you with any notices, they will send them to the address from your return.
If you accidentally send your tax return to a wrong IRS address, it'll slow the processing of your return, but there's no penalty.
