- It's 2025 and this tax service should be have a class action suit against it as this is still an issue and worse now I believe than when this was originally posted. They claim to have FREE tax services but will not allow you to choose the free one. It automatically puts you into the $39. Tax service with live help confusing the customer into believing it's free bc it tells you it's free to get assistance. I hope to reach as many people as I possibly can bc this tax service is a scam and is complete false advertising. There is nothing free here. They literally make the website unable to return to a home page where you can start filing with there supposed free filing. Honestly can not believe they are getting away with this kind of deceit. Please do not use this tax service.
