I have a 15-year-old dependent but on Schedule 8812, it is showing the dependent as being as being 17 or older. Birth date is 02/28/2009, Item 4 is calculating as zero and item 6 is calculating as 1. Income is less than $12000. Child Tax Credit is showing as zero.
