Is there any talks about when they may make a ruling on if the FMLA is taxable
- I was on FMLA and had taxes taken out and needless to say they were not enough when I file my taxes my return jumps down several thousand dollars any talks when they will make a ruling. Since I feel this is unfair only 60% pay and taxed on so what did I really get to survive at this point ?
