As you had a Marketplace policy (even for one month) and have received a form 1095-A, you are required to file a tax return and enter the form 1095-A on it.
This is required to reconcile the APTC (Advance Premium Tax credit) on form 8962, even if your income is below the threshold requiring a tax return.
