Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If you're entering a 1099-INT, the Zip Code is not required in your Federal Return. Are you getting this error in your State Return or a Review?
If you imported your 1099, try deleting it and entering it manually.
If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, then clear your Cache and Cookies and return to TurboTax.
There may be something else wrong with the address, not necessarily the zip code. See if there are any special characters in the address that may be an issue.
You can also Contact TurboTax Support for more help.
