This issue has come up for other users periodically. Please see this discussion. Other users have found that deleting Form 2210 resolved the error.
To delete a form in TurboTax Online:
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- In the left menu, select "Tax Tools" and then "Tools".
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, select "Delete a form".
- Select "Delete" next to "2210 " and follow the instructions.
