No matter what I enter here, the TurboTax software won't accept it. The number printed on my W-2 statement is "11736850 017 WTH", but even if I just make up a number, I get the same error message: "Must be 14 characters long with no hyphens". I entered it exactly how it is listed above, and it is 14 characters long. I cannot proceed any further until this has been resolved, and my credit card has been charged so I need this fixed ASAP.
