Thank you so much for this information. So, if I have a 408(p) instead of a Roth Simple and I did not contribute any amount to a Roth Simple, I would list $0 on the line "S: Amount attributable to ROTH Simple".
Is this correct?
I hope this is the answer to this issue.
Hopefully, they get a code to differentiate between a 408(p) Simple IRA and a Roth Simple.
