I suggest that you review your copies of 1099-R's and go back through what you posted you posted.
- Since the total is correct that should not be the issue.
- Is box 2a different than Box 1?
- Check Box 7.
- Is there anything other than a 7 in this box?
- When you went through the interview did you enter any amount that was pre-tax amount?
