To clear this error message, you can try going back through your "Personal Information" screens to make sure your address was entered correctly.
On the screen that says, "Where Do You Receive Mail?" make sure "US Address" is selected. (See screenshot below for additional guidance)
You could also try logging out of the program, and clearing your cache and cookies.
