I would recommend answering "no" unless you have significant costs associated with his dual enrollment for which you would like to apply a tax credit.
It is typically most beneficial to take the college tuition tax credits in the years after dual enrollment. However, if you have siginificant out of pocket costs you may wish to say yes here and go through the interview to determine if you qualify for education related tax credits.
