If you haven't Efiled yet, go back to the W-2 Entry under Income & Expenses. You can click on 'Pick up where you left off' if that is showing.
- W-2 will be at the top of the next page of Income Topics; choose Add/Edit.
- On the next page, W-2 Summary, click the Pencil Icon to Edit if you do see your W-2, Click on Add a W-2 if you don't see your W-2. Choose 'type it in myself'.
- The next screen opens up with all the entry boxes; carefully check the entries against your W-2 to be sure all is correct and nothing is missing. If you're adding a W-2, the boxes are blank, so enter the info exactly as reported on your W-2
- Continue, and the next page has the rest of the W-2 info
If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to the FILE section.
