error starting TurboTax2024 desktop version

I have installed desktop TurboTax2024 and worked with it until this past week.  Today, when I try to run it, I continue to get the message " your configuration has been modified (prd.ini, startup) please reinstall".  I have followed all the steps listed on your tech support article.  Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated computer, restarted, run as administrator; nothing seems to work.  

 

In all my years using TT, this is the first time I have run into an issue.
