If your 1099-R Retirement Plan Distribution is from work as a Public Safety Officer, you may be allowed up a $3000 reduction in taxable income for health insurance premiums. This is asked in the follow-up questions after entering your 1099-R.
If you think you may have entered it incorrectly (or in the follow-up questions), you can Delete it and re-enter it. In your Federal return, to to Income > I'll choose what I work on, then scroll down the Income Topics page to Retirement Plans and Social Security > IRA, 401K, Pension Plan Withdrawals and choose Edit/Update.
On the next screen, delete the incorrect 1099-R and Add a 1099-R to re-enter the info.
Since there is no Line 26d on Form 1099-R, I am guessing you're in your State Return. If you enter it correctly in the Federal section, you may see a reduction in taxable income there as well.
Here's more info on 1099-R for Public Safety Officer.
