Follow these steps:
- Once the returns you have filed are all processed, you will need to amend them. You will need to enter the correct information in the w2 local section.
- While they are processing, see if you can get a corrected w2 from your employer. If not, make a trail to prove what actually happened for where you worked rather than what is listed.
- Amend the affected returns and file your original state.
