Download your returns as a pdf and then print from a pdf. To print to PDF follow these steps:
- Sign in to TurboTax
- Click Add a State. You will not actually add a state, this will open the return up to access tax tools
- Click tax tools
- Click Print, Save, or Print this years return
- Save as PDF, and print
Also check these options:
- Shut your computer and printer down for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
- Make sure your printer and computer have all updates installed.
- If using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you've downloaded all updates.
