How to you get TurboTax to enter state taxes paid in the quarter they were withheld. I only worked and received pay with withholding in Q1. Yet turbo tax insists on taking my withholding and spreading it across 4 quarters. In Q2, Q3 and Q4 I paid estimated taxes. TurboTax insists I underpaid Q1because it is only using 1/4 of my with holding.
