My employer informed me that they have been trying to correct it for the past three months but haven't been able to. I have worked at the same workplace this year, so maybe the system will approve it when it sees that it's the same employer. This year, I had the correct document with the right surname. My surname is DURUCAN, but they wrote it as DUNCAN. I am not sure how to proceed with the process.
