You actually need to make an entry in your Colorado return to exclude this income.

 

As you prepare your Colorado return, there is a section in the return entitled Here is the income Colorado Taxes Differently. Scroll down to Miscellaneous and select FAMLI Benefits Received.  Make this selection and you should see that refund increase.
