The rejection is a BS error code from turbotax, willing to bet they never actually transmitted your return to the IRS just like with mine, just held it in limbo for 18 days. I re-filed with TaxACT on 1/30, fed accepted within an 1 minute, state accepted within 4 hrs

, fed fully processed on 2/4 with direct deposit pending in acct today set to deposit tomorrow, state fully processed 2/5 set to deposit by 2/10.
