It is my property the CD is my property! And updates for prior years are not needed because those prior tax years have not changed. So I do not need to update any prior years. Lame explanation. BS!!!!!! Turbo tax changed the programs after so when you signed in to an older version you are forced to update and that is when they locked the programs up and you could not access! I complained and reminded them it was violation our original agreements and therefore breaking the law and now turbo tax is subject to legal consequences which I was prepared to bring! When something is wrong I will not stop no matter what it takes I will go after them legally and win!
So not long after me telling them that I would also file complaints with the BBB and consumer Complaint Agency and the Insurance and Banking Department in Trenton and making this issue go viral on social media they updated my programs and removed the lock!!!!!!! And for them now forcing us to download I will be just as relentless!!!!!!!!!!!!
