Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have experienced the same response to some CSV files trying to upload to the Desktop version of TurboTax.  I have had some success when I follow these steps:

 

  • Close out TurboTax Desktop.
  • Clear cache and cookies in my browser.  See here.
  • Re-boot, then
  • Reopen TurboTax Desktop.
