Yeah. I use exactly the same password and it's so frustrating. I guess I should use something simpler and more appropriate to our times but I use a password manager so I do not know any of my passwords. It would be a security risk if I did; after all one of them might by, "You're Fried". I just don't know so I'm safer as a result.
I no longer log in to the "brokerage" screens.
I do something much simpler; I enter the data from the forms my brokerage sends me (in the mail of course; internet downloads are plausible deniability). Then I can follow the IRS rules and only enter the summary, not the 1001 nights of printing that Intuit demands.
Honestly, what do they do with all that data, not required by the Federal Government (yet), about my many, many, many day-to-day share sales?
Feed it to the doggy?
