I too have been using TT for over 20 years and Never had a problem with forms or filing. There were times I had to wait for forms to be ready but always downloaded them when I got the email. Can't believe this is a ongoing issue now and TT doesn't have an answer.
This is also the first time I never had an actual disk ( I'm old school), and had to install the program from a website.... - I'm not liking this new way of doing it!!!
