Where do I put a gift from a brokerage company that didn't issue any forms to me?

I opened a brokerage account in 2021 and they gave me $200, I sold it in 2024 but they didnt issue me any forms like 1099.

I'm trying to figure out where I should put it on the turbotax website. Whether I should put it in the 1099-int or 1099-k or what to do. Thanks for any help.
