Follow these steps to complete the Injured Spouse in TurboTax:
- Go to Report an injured or innocent spouse claim under Other Tax Forms in the Other Tax Situation section.
- Fill in the year(s) requested. Select Continue.
- On the Your Request For Innocent Spouse Relief screen, fill out Form 8857 that you see in the box.
- When finished, select Continue
You will have to mail the Form 8857 separately- you will receive the instruction when you finalize your return.
