I called on Monday and spent the entire day with agent trying everything to fix this. This issue was sent for investigation. Still have not heard anything. I did however split screen with TT and CT DRS and used the numbers showing on CT form if you take it one step further in the TT walk thru and do not run error scan again. The only difference I noticed was the tax amount on the CT DRS forms. (CT tax was less than TT)
I filed CT forms thru Ct DRS website. In research found that CT changed the tax percentages for individuals effective 1/1/24. Hopefully TT will resolve this issue SOON
