I am not sure that patch does anything to address the issue we are experiencing.
I downloaded the exe and ran it in my computer. I also cloned my sons tax return thinking it would remove the state download. It did not do anything.
We are back to square one. The tech folks need to test this issue in multiple computers running different versions of windows.
This is detective work that needs to be done to find the root cause.
