I was able to resolve the issue on my computer that was not downloading the CT form.
I just copied the whole CT folder from my other computer that did download it. I could see the dates on the files. One set was 12/10//2024 and the other was 1/28/2025.
The folder is Turbotax/Individual2024/Forms/cti_24
That resolved my download issue.
The freezing issue I was having when I try to eFile still happens but if I just let it sit there it finally advances to the next screen after about a minute.
