The 1095-C is the form that employers are required to send, usually to show that the taxpayer was covered by the employer's insurance. You do not enter anything from the 1095-C into your tax return, rather, you just stick the 1095-C into your tax files.

 

You got this form because this is the first year she was working, if I understood your story correctly.

 

You received a 1095-A and entered it into TurboTax; this is what you are required to do. You do not have to worry about the 1095-C.
