Just found out the 8283 issue is a Turbo Tax issue and not an IRS issue. I'm delayed because of a TT issue that they caused. Others are filing with no issues and TT charges me for this. Last year of using TT. They did not handle this issue correctly. And good luck trying to get someone to talk to on the phone. Piss poor customer service.
