Get your taxes done using TurboTax

My TurboTax Live customer had the same problem and has been trying to refile her rejected return since January 23. The error has something to do with Virginia Health Care. We went through the state return and checked both boxes and went through to check out. She already had the Federal accepted and is paying the fees with her refund. Gong through the second time to fix the state return kept taking us back to fix it like in a loop. TurboTax error message is, "We have identified an issue in your Virginia tax return due to an error in our software. We have fixed this and apologize for any inconvenience. On or after January 23rd you will need to sign into TurboTax, complete quick review, and resubmit your return." Since my customer has been trying to fix it on her own without any success, she called to get help. I have not been able to resolve the issue and file the state of Virginia tax return.
