UPDATE
I attempted to contact TT about the offer of free access to H&B in compensation for locking me out of prior tax years. So far today it's been 2.5 hours on the phone and I am no closer than I was this morning.
The call center had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, apparently even with the name of the person in the executive office they could not call out to verify what I was told. The "case number" the executive office gave me was useless in the call center, they did not recognize the format of the number and in fact acted as though they'd never heard of such a thing.
I didn't think it was possible. I'm more disgusted than I was a month ago.
