Last, and only, time that happened to me was last year.
TurboTax released a flawed form 8283; it sat in limbo from about two weeks until the IRS and my state (NY) kicked the forms back to me as denied.
Another week or so, TT fixed the form, and I re-filed.
My hunch? There's an error either in TT's forms, or in your entries. It'll come back in a few days.
