You say: "There's no changes to the form." Please click on the link I provided, and you will see a draft version of the form with changes. No significant changes as of today, but until the IRS finalizes the form, it seems reasonable to me for TT to wait. I don't know if they have inside information indicating what, if any, changes will be made before the finalized version of the form is published. H&R Block seems to have made a different call on what to do here.
